Seat Side Airbags
The Personal Safety System™ with its state-of-the-art dual-stage driver and front passenger airbags and front passenger sensing system has long been a Ranger standard safety feature. Ranger also comes equipped with front seat side airbags that provide enhanced head and torso protection in certain side impacts. The side airbags are designed to protect the head, minimizing lateral head injuries in the event of a collision, in addition to acting as a barrier between the occupant and the side of the vehicle.
